The ribbon cutting on Friday, May 25,2007 was held at the new models on West Calle Patio Lindo near the north entrance to Rancho Sahuarita. The Presidios Jubilee homes are approximately 1,704 to 2,529 square feet. The new community features a four-acre park with a swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, barbeque and playground areas, all within walking distance from the community.
